# This man would come in the I.H.O.P. at 367 & Chambers Road and stare at me. Several times I asked a waitress, “What is he doing here?” He later reportedly killed himself with a shotgun. His “buddies” went on to careers at the NSA, FBI, and one succeeded with a mysterious business in Atlanta. Question: Where was Mark David Chapman an armed security guard? Also, anyone may request copies of Hughes v. Whitlock. The defendant was working as a security guard.

* Olga’s last name is not known. She was seen in good health, seen in a Ventura Star photograph, and within a few months was reported to have died.

** The last name of this Independence Center and Great Rivers Mental Health Services client cannot be recalled. Writer made two community support visits, and several weeks later, Tom was dead. A suspicion of foul play was reported and ignored.

*** Several sources are alive but likely unwilling to identify this Malcolm Bliss, Washington University trained  ER physician, who like many others tried to deprive this writer of a livelihood. His pleasant demeanor included directives such as, “Get that sociopathic piece of shit out of my ER.” All of this was strangely under the direct supervision of Dr. Roy Wilson, a Missouri Department of Mental Health director.

**** Writer has been given the “run around” by law enforcement and street spies alike on the four murders within close proximity during a period of employment at Chestnut from November 2004 to September 2005 when this writer was oddly terminated for prohibiting illegal drug use or sales while on duty. An unemployment hearing was won, and when “slam dunk” legal action was sought, attorney MARY ANN SEDEY made cryptic comments like, “They do a lot of business in China” and “Their website is very confusing” as she twice refused to represent this writer. There was thus, once more, no lawful follow-up to this fiasco where one murder took place after a woman was lured from a Granite City bar, shot, and her house was set ablaze. A second fatal shooting took place on Edison Street near the now closed Chestnut clubhouse program, where this writer assisted with removing boxes of records from their office. The supervising psychiatrist, Jack Croughan, received a letter at his private practice in Richmond Heights, Missouri during 2014 and there was no response. The double murder featured a bludgeoning and a shooting, then the perpetrators allegedly threatened to enter the Chestnut Mainstay building and kill everyone. Writer does not know how the African-American male in question died, however, he was the boyfriend of a Chestnut client who later refused to occupy her apartment and resided with her mother in Glen Carbon, Illinois up until this writer’s unlawful discharge. Coworker STEPHANIE SHOWALTER resigned after fireworks were shot-off in the building and she was threatened with a knife by a client who spent not one day in jail or a hospital after the incident.
